This collection consists of photocopies of correspondence, newsletters, program guides, and a scrapbook, which document Joy Ringham Munn's tenure as host (1951-1953) of the WOI Television Program, "The Magic Window."

The collection (1960-1987) Includes the important correspondence of Keith Ketcham during his nearly-ten-years as the General Manager of WOI Radio/TV as well as administrative documents from this period of his career.

This collection includes correspondence related to Robert Mulhall's work at WOI, administrative papers from Mulhall's leadership of WOI, legal documents regarding actions taken by and against WOI Radio and WOI Television, and documents related to WOI’s extensive application for special service authorization to broadcast during the night-time hours
