This sub-group (1968-2009, undated) contains a variety of administrative and planning documents pertaining to Reiman Gardens and to previous Iowa State University horticulture gardens as well. Included in the collection are planting plans, plant lists, construction documents, design proposals, correspondence, newspaper clippings, traveling exhibits, oversized blueprints, and framed, oversized landscape drawings.

This collection (1907-2006, undated) contains administrative records such as departmental meeting minutes, policy handbooks, memos, newsletters, correspondence, study abroad information, and a self-study report. Additionally, a significant number of teaching materials for Spanish and Portuguese language courses are included. Many of these files belonged to Joanna Courteau, former Professor of Spanish and Portuguese.

This sub-group (1962-1990) consists of contracts, forms, correspondence, proposals and reports relating to Agricultural Experiment Station projects conducted by members of the Iowa State University, Department of Sociology. The projects mainly study issues regarding or related to farmers and rural families.

Alexander Woollcott letter
Alexander Humphreys Woollcott became famous in American literary and drama circles as an author, critic, and actor. Woollcott worked for several influential New York magazines and newspapers as well as radio. Woollcott wrote several novels and portrayed himself in Kaufman and Hart's "The Man Who Came to Dinner" (1940), a play based on Woollcott himself. The collection contains a single letter to a "little struggler" regarding work doing book reviews.

This collection (1968-1996, undated) contains records of the American Society of Agronomy including correspondence and reports from committees, editorial boards, and organizational liaisons. The collection also includes executive committee minutes and presidential speeches and talks. The files primarily document the ASA during the presidencies of Charles A. Black (President, 1971) and John Pesek (President, 1979). Both men were Professors of Agronomy at Iowa State University.
