Abstract Editor, publisher and politician, Don Lytton Berry (1880-1974) was born in Indianola, Iowa. Berry was involved in many Republican Party activities both in Iowa and nationally including as a delegate to the 1936 Republican Convention and Executive Secretary of the National Republican Farm Study Committee (1941). Scope and Content

The collection consists of correspondence, meeting minutes, notes, and Department of Transportation maps and reports relating to the Iowa River and moving U.S. Highway 20 through Hardin County, Iowa, including the destruction of the Eagle City Bridge.
