This collection (1903-2011) includes scrapbooks, anniversary materials, pledge books, by-laws, song books, handbooks, fiscal reports, and news clippings related to the installation of the Pi chapter of Alpha Delta Pi at Iowa State College (University), the operation of the chapter, and sorority celebrations.
The Association for Women in Communications, founded at the University of Washington as Theta Sigma Phi in 1909, is an organization of student and professional women in journalism, broadcasting, and media. This collection contains the records of eleven student chapters formed in colleges across Iowa and the United states, between 1910 and 1977.
This collection contains membership directories, petitions for establishment of chapters, copies of “The Bridge,” initiation, annual reports, a lantern slide, correspondence, projects and other documents.
This collection (1911-2005) contains meeting minutes, membership lists, financial reports, committee information, photographs, and news clippings. The original framed charter is also in the collection.

The collection (1915-2008) contains mostly of scrapbooks and photographs of the Omega Chapter of Gamma Phi Beta. The collection also contains composite photographs of the members as well.
News clippings and secretaries’ handbooks are also included at the beginning of the collection.
This collection (1934-1988) contains correspondence, financial records, forms, initiation materials, membership materials, publications, and scrapbooks. Some of the publications are from the national organization.
This collection consists of records related to fraternities and sororities at Iowa State University.
This collection (1994-2013) contains Iowa State band history, certificates, and awards.
Multiple scrapbooks from Kappa Kappa Psi including photos and correspondence documenting activities and chapter member events as well as the charter application process are also found in this collection.
The collection contains pamphlets and ephemera that an incoming Iowa State College freshman co-ed would have received in the early 1950s, including information and handbooks for Freshman Days and Formal Rush as well as dormitory assignments and an area business guide. There is an extensive group of sorority leaflets given out to rushees, the fall (1953) issue of “Green Gander,” and the back-to-school (1953) issue of “The Iowa Homemaker.”
The collections include materials related to the establishment of the chapter, chapter business materials such as minutes, reports, and by-laws, membership lists, and the chapter charter.
This collection (1926-1984, undated) contains annual reports, chapter history, handbooks, news clippings, rosters of alumni, and scrapbooks. The handbooks and annual reports provide information on officers, membership numbers, and club activities, and traditions. The scrapbooks further document the group through news clippings, photographs, and programs.
