The collection (1897-2013, undated) consists of materials relating to the business operations of the club, the various divisions and committees within the club. The records include newspaper clippings, treasurer reports, meeting minutes, correspondence, flyers, reports, and Historian's Books. Also included in the collection is the ISU Women's Club history, "Keepsakes" (1997).

This collection (1973-1998, undated) contains annual reports, constitutions, correspondence, and meeting minutes. The collection also contains programs for a number of the mini-symposia sponsored by the Council as well as correspondence, programs, and some presentation information related to the H. Hugh Dukes Club.
