Biography/Profile
The Auxiliary to the Iowa State University Student Chapter of the American Veterinary Medical Association first formed in 1948 and was group for veterinary student wives and wives of the faculty members. Their first special project was to assist the junior AVMA with its Veishea plans. They later set up a yearly fashion show, fundraisers and introduction for new wives in to the group. Recently the group has expanded membership friends, faculty, and spouses of veterinary students at Iowa State University.
