Scope and Content

The collection (1914-1963, undated) contains biographical information, correspondence, a paper presented at the National Drainage Conference, transcripts of radio addresses broadcast over WOI radio, and writings related to soil and water conservation using agricultural engineering. In addition, the papers include photographs of steam shovels, trenching machinery, and grading machinery.
