This collection contains welcome letters and packets sent to new agronomy graduate students, correspondence, nominations, senate bills, club constitution, a survey conducted of the agronomy graduate program faculty, and photographs.
The collection (1974-1996) consists of photographs of meetings, demonstrations, and projects, news clippings, and a campus organization registration form.
Auxiliary to the Iowa State University Student Chapter of the American Veterinary Medical Association records

The Cardinal Key Honor Society was established in 1926 to recognize students at Iowa State College (University) who exemplify outstanding leadership, scholarship, character, and service. This collection contains correspondence, reports, nomination forms, rosters, news clippings, and constitution and by-laws. The records include information regarding membership selection process, the tapping ceremony, and Leadership Day.

This collection (1936-1996, undated) contains information from club meetings, lectures sponsored by or related to the club, newspaper clippings, club sponsored field trips, and newsletters. There are group photographs as well as photographs and slides from various field trips. The slides also contain images of different plant life observed on field trips. Most of the slides were created by George Knaphus, a professor of Botany at Iowa State and longtime advisor to the club.

The records also include several drafts and the notes to the brief history of the club, The Commoners of Iowa State, written in 1979 by Kent Pellet (Iowa State College, 1928), Ed Voss (Denison University, 1950), and Ralph Luebbers (Iowa State College, 1927).

Mortar Board was started at Iowa State College in 1914 as a senior honor society for women. The National Mortar Board petition was granted in 1924, and installed in 1925. This collection contains correspondence, newsletter clippings, publications, membership information, photographs, scrapbooks and other files of the Iowa State chapter of Mortar Board.
