Earl Douglass papers
This collection (1893-2005, undated) contains material related to Earl Douglass and his work in paleontology. The collection includes articles written about Douglass and his work, poetry written by Douglass, and a Register of Papers contained in the Special Collections Department of the University of Utah Libraries. The collection also contains two oversized items: a composite photograph of the Iowa State graduating class of 1893 and his diploma from Iowa State.
E.J. Wellhausen papers
This collection contains various publications by E.J. Wellhausen on his research on corn genetics, breeding, dieasese, and yield.
Gertrude L. Sunderlin papers
The collection (1926-1990, undated) contains biographical materials, correspondence, and reprints of articles written by her. Many of Sunderlin's writings focused on cooking, canning, recipes, and nutrition. The collection also contains materials related to her work with the Master Mix. In addition, there are articles written by her students regarding products developed in Sunderlin’s experimental cookery classes.
Hilda S. White papers
This collection contains 10 printed articles on nutrition. The articles focus on nutritional needs of girls and women, particularly iron and zinc; and the nutritional needs of Peruvians (one article is in Spanish). Of special interest is a 1972 article on the organic foods movement in the United States.
Leona Hougen papers
The collection (1914-1945) contains pamphlets, news clippings and articles relating to home economics and recipes collected by Leona Hougen. Subjects in the collection include food and nutrition, clothing, and child development.
