Primarily these are all image-related materials in a few different groupings, which were indicated by the staff at the Wallace's Farmer offices. Below are groupings, as written in black marker on the boxes. Numbering does not indicate any original order, just to differentiate groupings: (1) Photo From Film (2 boxes, circa 1980s-2000s): includes negatives, color slides, photo prints, and some release forms. Organized by subject and includes volume and issue numbers for associated magazines. (2) Photo file (1 box, circa 1960s-1980s): includes prints, negatives, contact sheets filed by subject (3) Magazine copy (12 cartons, 1994-2006): mainly for the 2000s includes paper copy of articles with light copy edits and attached photos, slides, etc. Includes some CDs of digital photos. Paper copy can be discarded as long as volume and issue numbers for associated images is retained. (4) Slides (5 boxes, circa 1970s-2000s): slides and contact sheets in 3-ring binders or just in slide holder sheets or slide boxes (5) Slide Library (7 boxes, cirac 1980s-2000s): organized by subject in file folders. Some boxes with this label also include photo prints. Includes some CDs from other companies' photo libraries--we won't have rights to these, so may want to discard? (6) Historical photos (5 boxes, circa 1940s-1960s, 1980s): organized by subject in file folders; includes photos, negatives, also some subject files. (7) Scrapbooks (1 box, 1990-1991): 2 of the "magnetic photo album" format on the Farm Progress Show.
