Some earlier files: one annual report from 1958 and one file on REI Wakamatsu Rotary Fellow from 1962, also "Rostary Club history" folders include admin documents from 1961-2. The rest are 2005 forward: newsletters, board minutes, financial statements, memorial resolutions, fundraising event file, and one box of files related to global grants projects in Africa. 2 boxes of Gerald Klonglan papers came in with this donation: correspondence from his work on a US-AID project with Ames Rotary setting up a system for administering grants in Africa. These have been separated from this collection and will be accessioned separately by Greg Bailey as part of RS 13/30/13.
